How do I download the mobile app to my device?
To download and install the mobile app, please follow the instructions below.
iOS/Android
- 1. Go to the app marketplace on your specific mobile device. For an iOS device, go to the App Store. For an Android device, go to the Google Play store.
- 2. In the app store, search for "CDW Cloud App". Once you find it, install it on your device.
- 3. After installation, open the app. If you are a first-time user, click “Create An Account”.
- 4. Enter your name, work email address and password. When finished, click "Create My Account".
- 5. You'll receive an email asking you to confirm your account from “ChannelEyes”. If you don't receive it after a minute or two, check your spam or junk folders.
- 6. Confirm your account by clicking the URL in the confirmation email. You are now able to access the app by entering your previously created username and password.
